Private and Group Instruction
North Meets South Lacrosse offers both group and private lessons. Lessons focus on specific skills and include a dynamic mix of individual mechanics and team concepts. Offensive, Defensive, Midfield, Shooting, Goalie, and Face-off lessons are available. Private lessons consist of an hour session that cover objectives developed cooperatively by the coach and player. Group lessons with 4-10 players are one and a half hour sessions that are broken up into four focused aspects: stick skills, individual, skills, team concepts, and group competition.
