2024 North Meets South Lacrosse Summer Camp

July 15th-18th from 9AM to 12PM at Glover Park

For boys going into Kindergarten to Rising Juniors of all skills!

North Meets South Lacrosse is pleased to offer our 12th annual summer lacrosse camp.  The camp is designed for players of all ages and skills.  Coach Hall will be joined by other guest coaches including local high school coaches as well as college players. Recent coaches include Andrew and Jack Cook (U of R/CNU) Drew Miller (CNU), Dylan Rice (CNU), Garrett Keogh (Mary Washington), Christian Flemming (UMW), Nick McCready (Lynchburg) Greg Rosenberg (Keystone College), Paul Amos (Hampden Sydney), Will Redd (all time young guns group favorite) and others!

The camp will focus on player development as well as building team concepts following North Meets South's hybrid box/field instruction style.   The daily schedule will include a mix of technical drills emphasizing fundamentals and number of touches as well as adaptive game play to reinforce practice lessons.

Camp Mission:

Our mission is to teach players the proper skill set, both mentally and physically to progress to the next level! Players will learn from seasoned lacrosse coaches and educators who specialize in different areas of the game. Players will learn under a disciplined, but compassionate coaching structure in a safe and fun environment. We service all ability levels from beginners to the highly skilled. Novice players will be introduced to the fundamentals and we will begin to introduce higher end team lacrosse concepts into their game. Expert players will be pushed with college/pro level drills to bring out their best. Each player will leave with improved technical skills and a better understanding of team concepts, as well as instruction for continued off season improvement.
