Zach Webb attended Godwin High School in Henrico County, Virginia where he was a three time letter winner and member of the Colonial All-District and All-Region football teams. He was a four year starter for the West End Lacrosse Club where he was Defensive MVP his junior and senior years, as well as a member of the 2002 Virginia State All-Star team. He attended Randolph-Macon College where he played lacrosse his freshman year, after which he transferred to UNC-Wilmington, participating at the club level and earning a degree in business marketing.
After completing his studies, he remained in Wilmington, North Carolina where he served as assistant coach for the New Hanover Wildcats for 2 years. Upon returning to Richmond, Zach served as head coach of Benedictine College Preparatory before returning to his alma mater. He is currently serving as the Head Coach at Godwin High School.
